No you don't need words! These skies are so promising! Thanks for sharing. I always feel overwhelmed when I see a sky like that.
Thanks for the visit. The allotment belongs to somebody else. People can hire a piece of land and use it as a vegetable garden. I haven't got one.

Vicki

You certainly have caught the moment, particularly in the first shot, which is spectacular.

What a sunrise!

What a way to start my day, just looking at each picture going, "Aaaaah .... aaaaaah". Outstanding pictures!!!

Oh Vicki your pictures make me so homesick to see the mountains! I just took some shots of our sunrise I'm going to post today, it was just breath taking! :)

Have you created the word "biggify "?
Amazing views: mist, clouds, dreams , strange shapes ...all mixed ...
These pictures remind of me the beginning of "A tale of the ragged mountains ", by Edgar Poe .
I know the sea better than the mountain:thaks for sharing

Thanks, all!

Miss Yves, I got 'biggify' from Tammy, a shepherdess in Missouri and proprietor of the Fairlight Farm blog. I think it's much more interesting than 'enlarge.'

Great pictures, Vicki. I especially like the one with the rays of the sun showing.

Gorgeous photographs. Seems as if you and the new camera are going to be quite a pair.

We drove up the Parkway last week and saw some of the valleys filled with those magical clouds as well.

The skies were wonderful again this morning! I'm out of bed and shivering on the deck in my nightie, taking picture after picture before I'm half awake.
