Home Again, Home Again!

Lovely to be home again after several days on the road! I had a fine time and met some lovely people.

But, virtually speaking, I'm gone again. My post for today is over at Jenny Milchman's blog Suspense Your Disbelief -- where I ask the pressing question "Are we each awaiting the coming of a heavenly messenger, naming us The Grand Hooyah and Master of the Universe??

Jenny calls this post a "Made it Moment" and asked me when I knew I'd made it. To which I replied- but you can see what I said over there

Glad you're back, Vicki. I'll check out your answer tomorrow...I'm off to bed now.

Oh, almost forgot to say, your header photo is BEAUTIFUL!

I'm always interested in precisely where it is that, on my way home, I feel I've actually arrived home. Maybe for you it's that lovely stretch of road in your photo - what a homecoming!

Bonjour Vicky,
This is a nice photo of a autumnal tree-lined road. I like it and I like also very much your barn.
I hope the sales of your book give you satisfaction.

Have a nice weekend

Wow, you are a busy lady. That's great. Love that pic of the fireworks.

Great that you are home again! Do you go in for Halloween? I haven't seen any signs that it is celebrated overhere!! I think everybody is waiting for 5th December ( St. Nicholas'Eve).

Home is always the nicest place to be, isn't it? Welcome back!

Loved your piece at Jenny's blog.

Thanks, Victoria! You've had some great sunsets posted!

Jenny -- That's definitely one of the spots! Less than two miles from my driveway -- I always feel that if the car quit on me I could get home anyway -- even in the dark. Another magic moment is the first sighting of the mountains.when I've been in the flatlands.

Thanks, Pat and Brian and Helene and Barb!

Wil -- now that our boys are grown, we don't do anything for Halloween. We are too far off the road for trick-or-treaters to knock at our door so it passes pretty much unnoticed around our house.

Thanks, Kaye! (How many days to retirement now?)

Not my picture of firework, alas, but from the internet, J...

It's felt like I made it several times, Maria Cecilia ... but there's always another goal/

Maybe another time, Gayle!
